Delivery

Not included. Memorium reserves a 5 business day delivery term after the reception of of your formal order.

Returns

The delivery person cannot accept a return without the accord of Memorium.

Warranty

Memorium guarantee their products against any material or manufacturing vices. This guaranty does not cover the natural aging of the products or any other vices due to negligence and/or accidents.

Complaints

Incomplete delivery, damaged packing, order errors have to be signalled within 3 days from reception. After this term, Memorium have no obligation towards you.

The amounts claimed and approved by Memorium will be credited towards your future invoices.

Prices are subjected to change without notice.
Our personnel will be pleased to inform you about all the necessary corrections.

Sale terms and conditions

• The owed amounts have to be paid within 30 days from the reception of the merchandise.
  
• Interest expenses of 2 % per month apply to overdue accounts.
• The merchandise remains the property of Memorium until full payment.
