Delivery

Mémorium need 5 working days for your delivery starting on reception of your purchase order approuval.

Return

The deliveryman will not be able to accept a return without approbal by direction.

Guarantee

Mémorium guaranteed the products against any vice of material or manufacture.
Guarantee does not cover the natural ageing of materials or quite other impaiment due in negligence and/or accident.

Claims

Incomplete delivery - harmed packing - error on products or other will have to be signalled inside 3 days according to the reception of the goods, without what, Mémorium does not.

Pointed our prices are subject to change without notice. Our personnel will be delighted to announce you the corrections.

Terms and conditions of sales

Inscription and open file have to be complet and accept by direction.
The first order will have to be paid off by certified check or counting on delivery.
The following orders have to be paid with discount of 2% 10 Days, and Net 20 Days according to the date of delivery. 35$ will be charge for rebounce check.
Expenses of 2% interests will apply to passed du invoices.
The goods remain the ownership of Mémorium up to complete payment.
